1.1 Estimates & Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided by Domainspath.com are based on our understanding of your project requirements and the timeframes involved. If there are any changes to the functionality, even minor improvements, they may incur additional costs. Please ensure all requirements are clearly outlined and confirmed in an online meeting before accepting the fee.
1.2 Acceptance of Quote
By accepting a quote from Domainspath.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance may be confirmed via email, by making an initial payment, or by signing the proposal or quote document.
1.3 Task Complexity & Costing
We rely on our clients to be transparent about the full complexity of the tasks involved during the quotation phase. Any complexities not disclosed in advance may affect the final cost. If there are discrepancies due to unclear or incomplete requirements, additional fees may apply.
1.4 Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary requirements are included in the estimate or proposal. If certain details are not shared, we will proceed based on our understanding. Any misunderstandings or changes that arise later could result in additional charges.
1.5 Man-Hours Allocation
We allocate a specific number of man-hours to each task, including time from project managers and business analysts. While small adjustments may fit within the initial allocation, significant changes will require additional billing.
1.6 Delays
Any delay on the client's end may directly impact the project timeline.
1.7 Design Review
Clients are entitled to one design review per website page. Additional revisions or changes after design approval will incur extra costs.
1.8 Modifications
Any changes requested during the development phase or after Go-Live approval are considered additional and will be billed accordingly.
1.9 Content Delivery
All required content and materials must be provided within the first two weeks of project commencement. Delays in delivering content may postpone the project.
2. Third-Party & External Costs
2.1 Third-Party Components
Domainspath.com works with third-party providers as needed. If these providers update their policies or rules, our services and terms may be affected.
2.2 Open-Source Products
We do not take responsibility for issues related to open-source platforms such as WordPress or Joomla. We strongly recommend that clients maintain regular backups.
2.3 Third-Party Integration Delays
Unforeseen delays may occur with third-party integrations. While we will aim to meet the original timelines, Domainspath.com cannot be held responsible for these external delays.
2.4 Third-Party Component Limitations
We are not responsible for limitations or failures related to third-party components. Costs for such items, like SSL certificates or payment gateways, are not included unless specified.
2.5 Template Issues
Domainspath.com is not liable for any bugs, issues, or limitations in pre-purchased templates. We recommend researching templates thoroughly before making a purchase.
2.6 Website Security
Basic security setup includes configuration of WordFence. No additional cybersecurity services are included. Advanced protection like penetration testing or threat detection must be discussed and quoted separately.
3. Hosting & Domains
3.1 Domain Charges
Domain registration or renewal fees are not included unless explicitly stated. Separate quotes will be provided if needed.
3.2 Hosting ChargesHosting is also not included unless mentioned. We can assist with arranging suitable hosting solutions, with an additional quote.
4. Communication & Project Management
4.1 Communication Channels
We prefer email for all formal communication. Clients are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.
4.2 Project Termination
If a client chooses to terminate the project for personal reasons, Domainspath.com will be compensated for the time and work already invested.
4.3 Project Hold
If a client does not provide feedback or information within 2 to 4 weeks, the project may be placed on hold. Continued delays may result in a monthly holding fee equal to 10 percent of the total project cost.
5. Payments & Deposits
5.1 Fee Proposal Validity
Each fee proposal is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent.
5.2 Paid Consultations
All pre-paid consultations are non-refundable.
5.3 Deposit Validity
Deposits are valid for 12 months. If the project has not commenced within this timeframe, the deposit is forfeited unless an extension has been approved in writing.
6. Deliverables & Ownership
6.1 Project Deliverables
Deliverables will be released once the project is complete and all payments are received. Domainspath.com retains ownership of all project assets until payment is made in full.
7. Additional Costs
7.1 Template Customisation
Any adjustments to pre-built templates will incur extra charges unless explicitly included in the agreement.
7.2 Backup Services
Monthly backups are provided only to clients using our hosting servers.
7.3 Digital Marketing Services
Ongoing digital marketing services are billed hourly, ranging between $120 and $150. Once the allocated budget is used up, clients may either increase the budget or wait until the next billing cycle.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Unforeseen Circumstances
Domainspath.com is not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms or external providers.
8.2 Discrepancy in Terms
If any conflict arises between a fee proposal and these terms, the fee proposal will take precedence for items related to the project. All other general terms will still apply.
